Efficiency and Know-How
A smart Production
The production line of brass fittings uses the Know-How of a Twenty-year experience in the hydraulic branch, increasing the efficiency of FP PATTARONI. Each production cycle is controlled by Quality department, as from raw material's choise to the final product.
Brass fittings are produced through the hot stamping process of brass rod, CW617, sheared and sandblasted. Then raw items are lathed and packed.
To produce some particular items, we use automatic lathes, that create the final product directly from the rod of brass.
